One of Ludlow's michelin-starred restaurants celebrates excellence award

Mr. Underhill's has been awarded the Remy Martin Excellence Award for all round excellence

Mr. Underhill's in Ludlow has been awarded the Remy Martin Excellence Award following a survey of 8,000 restaurant goers for the 2010 Harden's UK Restaurant Guide.  Chris and Judy Bradley who run the establishment were competing against other prestigious restaurants such as Gidleigh Park in Chagford and the Waterside Inn at Bray.

Judy Bradley commented 'the award has left us almost speechless, for 29 years we have been quietly beavering away, never dreaming of winning such an accolade.'

Mr. Underhill's has been praised for providing expertly cooked food which is beautifully presented, the highlight being the seven-course market menu of the day with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients.
